Responsibilities include:

• the content of the release
• time management
• communication with dev-list
• release compilation
• announces
• reminding committers of their duties
• recruiting testers
• maintaining the following wiki pages
  • Version History
  • Installation_en, Installation_de (if there are changes in the installation)
  • updating database diagram
